Thanks to a good friend who recommended the traction device I purchased one. I'm glad I did 10 minutes a day, twice a day is all I need. It sure is well worth the money.

Happy with the quality. First one I have owned. The raised knobs hit pressure points at the base of my skull when I have a tension headache related to my neck and shoulders, and it does feel good to lay on and relax. I don't use it consistently enough to say it keeps my neck aligned, but it does help me feel realigned and get into a more relaxed state.
